Registration Details

The XIIth IAHS Scientific Assembly 2025 offers differential registration fees tailored to make the event inclusive and accessible for all. Special pricing has been introduced for students, delegates, participants from financially disadvantaged countries (FDC), and non-FDC countries.

The Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has ensured that the fees are highly nominal, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and affordability. Additionally, the registration fees provide much more than just participation in the Assembly. For detailed benefits included in your registration, read below.

The Early-Bird Registration for the XIIth IAHS Scientific Assembly is set to open on February 15, 2025, and close on May 31, 2025.

• Conference Materials: Receive a complimentary welcome kit, program booklet, and other conference materials.
• Tea/Coffee and Hi-Tea: Enjoy session tea/coffee and hi-tea provided for all five days of the conference (October 05–10, 2025) two times a day.
• Meals and Refreshments: Relish five lunches (October 05–10, 2025), 01 conference dinner and 01 Gala Dinner provided during the event.
• Local Transport: Complimentary local transport will be available between designated hotels and the conference venue on all conference days.
• Social and Recreational Activities during scientific Assembly: IAHS 2025 shall have multiple sports activities (Yoga/Football, Running/Swimming) and cultural evening. Exact details to be shared later.
• Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with free Wi-Fi at the conference venue.
• Full Access to Scientific Content: Enjoy entry to all scientific sessions, plenary lectures, and workshops throughout the Assembly.
• Publication Opportunity: Participants will have the chance to publish their work in the open-access PIAHS (Proceedings of the International Association of Hydrological Sciences) journal, subject to peer review.

Registration Guidelines

• Registration is open to all researchers, students, and professionals interested in hydrology and related disciplines even if you have not submitted an abstract or your abstract has not been accepted.
• The Early-Bird Registration is from February 15, 2025 – May 31, 2025. Regular registration begins after the early-bird period with 20% additional fee.
• On-site registration is possible with 20% additional fee of Regular registrations.
• Registration does not include accommodation or travel expenses (from nearby Airport). Participants are encouraged to book early for discounted rates. LOC shall felicitate to provide affordable transport from Delhi/Dehradun Airports to all delegates.
• Our portal offers all possible ways for online payment through secure gateways.
• Students must upload proof of enrollment or valid ID during registration to qualify for student discounts.
• The LOC has kept fees nominal to encourage participation, especially from underrepresented groups and regions.

Cancellation policy

• Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by IAHS Scientific Assembly 2025 Local Organizing Committee (iahs2025@iitr.ac.in) until July 25 2025, 23:59 IST. The cancellation fee is 30% deducted from the refunded registration fee.
• Cancellations after July 26 2025 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
