Relating to Participant Clearance

If you are considering or intending to participate in the IAHS 2025 event, which is being organized by IIT Roorkee during October 5-10, 2025, and plan to visit India, it is highly recommended to fill out the necessary participation form at your earliest convenience. This is essential as the event organizers need to apply for official clearances from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for all international participants. Completing the form promptly will ensure that the required approvals are secured in time for your visit to India and accordingly you may proceed for visa application.

A delegation from Afghanistan, China, Iraq, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Sudan is required to provide additional information (a detailed CV) for the clearance from the Ministry.
